Just two months ago, Morgan Hill teen Brittany Bollenbacher had a 50 percent chance of living. Between her and life lay a risky procedure to replace her heart and liver, and she had no choice but to take it.
After about seven hours of surgery, doctors closed her up and told her that her prospects were good.
In this video, we talk to the newly returned teen and her mother about the procedure and the emotions that came along with it.
