As longtime Morgan Hill resident Geno Acevedo pours one of the 24 craft brews at his bar, he is flanked with mementos chronicling his journey.
Acevedo and his wife Cindy opened the El Toro Brew Pub two years ago, after 16 years of planning, 12 of which the couple operated a brewery of the same name.
In this video, Acevedo explains the origin of the brewery and his passion for making beer. We also talk to a few locals about why they come to the pub.
