This is a candidate for president of our country?
Oct 16, 2008
 By Burton Anderson

How is it possible for Barack Hussein Obama to be a presidential candidate?

The following points have been extracted or taken from the printed and electronic media.

Obama is 43.75 percent Arabic, 6.25 percent African and 50 percent white.  His father's birth certificate states he's Arab, not African. In fact, Obama practiced the Muslim faith daily at school and kept the faith for 31 years, until his wife made him change. He has no real identity. He is half white, which he rejects. Then, most of him is Arabic. Not one drop of his blood is African-American.

Obama's father, a Muslim, was married three times, attended Harvard and returned to Kenya. Obama claims his father was an atheist but he was given a Muslim burial.

Obama said in his book, "Audacity of Hope," "I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

My opinion: What better place for Muslims to control our country, than in the office of the President.

From the time Obama was sworn in as a United States Senator to the time he announced the forming of his exploratory presidential committee, he spent 143 days of experience in the Senate. Compare this to McCain's 26 years in the Senate.

My opinion: After 143 days of work experience, he believes he is ready to be Commander in Chief. Not likely. Obama has no military experience. McCain has 22 years.

My opinion: "Can't we all just get along" is not a slogan for our future. In today's world, military experience is most important. A person without military training has no idea how to manage confrontational situations in today's world.

Conservative radio hosts record and make fun of his almost stuttering ah, ah, ahs, the, the, thes, as well as and, and, ands. He just doesn't have a quick mind. Or, he is just an empty suit controlled by others.

My opinion: Obama speaks well when reading speeches written by his speech writers, but flubs spontaneous responses.

Who are Obama's backers? Those who are the most liberal, socialist, left of the Democratic party. In fact, some media sources have suggested that George Soros has taken over the legislature of Great Britain and now is backing Obama to do the same here.

The seeds of his far-left ideology were planted in his formative years as a teenager in Hawaii - and they were far more radical than any biography or profile that the pro-Obama media has portrayed.

His childhood mentor was the late communist Frank Marshall Davis, who fled Chicago after the FBI and Congress opened investigations into his "subversive," "un-American" activities.

As Obama was preparing to head off to college, he sat at Davis' feet in his Waikiki bungalow for nightly bull sessions. Davis plied his impressionistic guest with liberal advice, including: Never trust the white establishment.

After college, where he palled around with Marxist professors and took in socialist conferences "for inspiration," Obama followed in Davis' footsteps, becoming a "community organizer."

In fact, his terrorist and treacherous acquaintances, alone, should be cause for complete rejection by the electorate.

n Tony Rezco, convicted of 16 felonies, including mail fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, and soliciting bribes, and faces 20 years in prison.  He helped Obama buy land for $300,000 under market value.

n William Ayers, who founded the Weathermen, responsible for dozens of 1970s bombings, including the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol. He was a fugitive for years with his wife Bernardine Dohrn. Now he is a leftist anti-American education professor at the University of Illinois. Obama and Ayers served on Woods Fund of Chicago board.

n Rashid Khalidi , who directed the so-called "PLO press agency WAFA in Beirut from 1976 to 1982, who called Israel a racist state, and co-founded the Arab-American Action Network (AAAN), and who hosts Obama fund raisers is reported by The New York Times, "For years, the Obamas had been regular dinner guests at the Hyde Park home of Rashid Khalidi."

n Bernardine Dohrn, Weathermen founding member, responsible for bombings, inciting violence, and declaring war on the U.S. government and after spending years evading the law, served time in jail, eventually became a law professor at Northwestern. She co-hosted Obama's first run for Illinois senate "meet-and-greet."

n Otis Moss III, a young pastor who seems to have taken the place of Jeremiah Wright, but appears to have the same anti-Americanism.

n James Meeks, who is a reported spiritual counselor of Obama, an Illinois state senator and pastor of the Salem Baptist Church of Chicago and who repeatedly uses the "n-word" in sermons and  has compared white politicians to "slave masters."

n Michael Pfleger is pastor of St. Sabina Roman Catholic Church in Chicago and Obama's "spiritual adviser" for more than 20 years. Purportedly, Pfleger dines with Louis Farrakhan once a month. As a senator, Obama secured $225,000 in grants to St. Sabina programs.

My opinion. God forbid that we should see Obama as president, because, then, we will live through a socialist era the likes of which we have never seen before and the greatness of our country will be lost.
