Trail Dust BBQ will take part in Silicon Valley Beer Week from July 24-Aug. 1 by hosting a BBQ and Barrel Aged Beer event from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. July 29 at its 17240 Monterey Road restaurant.
David Johnson, Director of Distribution for San Marcos-based The Lost Abbey Brewing Company, will be on hand while patrons enjoy some of the finest barrel aged and wild draft offerings including: Cuvee de Tomme ‘13/’14; Angels Share ‘14/’15; Red Poppy; Older Viscosity; and Deliverance.
Silicon Valley Beer Week is the region’s ultimate beer-lovers event, which highlights venues, restaurants and breweries that are passionate about craft beer, according to organizers.
“With eight days of beer-inspired events throughout the South Bay and Peninsula, beer lovers can experience a variety of activities featuring their favorite craft beers including tap takeovers, new release nights, tours, food pairings, special parties, seminars, demonstrations, brewmaster’s dinners and other exclusive events,” according to SVBW organizers.
