A man wanted by Morgan Hill Police on two felony warrants was arrested in Los Banos, according to police.
Peter L. Mastroieni, 38, was arrested without incident at his residence on the 500 block of Lexington Court in Los Banos at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, Sgt. Chet Stygar of the Los Banos Police Department said.
Mastroieni was on Morgan Hill PD's Most Wanted list for 40 days before he was caught. He was wanted on a warrant from the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office and one from the MHPD, Stygar said. One of the warrants was for possession of a controlled substance, and one was for driving on a suspended license.
He was booked into Merced County jail with total bail set at $1,030,000.
Stygar said Mastroieni had just recently moved to Los Banos.
