- Valero gas station, Monterey Road, 9:44 a.m. A resident reported they lost their card at the station, and someone has used to charge $1,788.20 in Morgan Hill, San Martin and Gilroy.
Grand theft
- The UPS Store, Vineyard Town Center, 11:55 a.m. Someone used a stolen credit card at the store.
Petty theft
- East Dunne Avenue, 3:39 p.m. A man reported he was riding his bicycle and got off to pick up something from the ground, and when he turned around, two men in a truck were driving off with the bike.
Domestic violence
- Barnell Avenue, 4:24 p.m. A resident reported their niece's boyfriend threw the niece on the floor and punched her.
Burglary
- Fiberglass Pool Resurfacing, Monterey Road, 6:46 p.m. Someone broke into the business over the weekend. It was not clear at the time of the report if anything was stolen.
Auto burglary
- Holiday Motel, Monterey Road, 10:24 p.m. Someone broke into a vehicle while it was parked at the motel or at the Safeway in Tennant Station shopping center and stole a driver's license, Social Security card, medications and other items.
July 29 Identity theft
- Fountain Avenue, 11:41 a.m. A resident reported someone in the San Diego area is using their identity and that the situation has been a problem for several years.
Domestic disturbance
- Cory Drive, 1:26 p.m. A woman reported her ex-boyfriend was just at the residence arguing with her, preventing her from going to work and threatening to have family members hurt her. He left the residence, and she went to the police station to get an emergency protective order.
June 30 Suspicious circumstances
- Caltrain station, Butterfield Boulevard, 2:31 a.m. Two vehicles were broken into in the parking lot, and there was an attempt to break into a third vehicle. A vehicle parked at the Napa Auto Parts store was also broken into.
