Police Blotter: Neighborhood teen may have downloaded items, watched porn while resident was on vacation

July 17
Stolen vehicle

- Sundance Drive, 8:21 a.m. A Jeep Cherokee was stolen overnight.

Burglary

- Cimarron Drive, 6:49 p.m. A resident reported a neighborhood teenager broke into her home, possibly through the doggie door, while she was on vacation and ordered $191 of porn on pay-per-view and downloaded things on her computer. She told police he also set two boxes of matches on fire, burning the kitchen counter.

Vandalism

- Community Park, 7:38 p.m. Someone "tagged" the gazebo in the park, and a female who was in the park took a picture of the tagger on her cell phone.



July 18
Suspicious person

- Creekside Apartment Complex, Diana Avenue, 8:56 a.m. A resident reported a suspicious male had a screwdriver trying to open the gate to the apartments. When he saw the resident, he went back to his vehicle.

Child abuse

- Vineyard Boulevard, 11:49 a.m. A Gustine resident reported her 3-year-old niece was molested by her grandfather somewhere in Morgan Hill approximately two years ago.

Restraining order violation

- Las Coches Court, 4:19 p.m. A woman reported her ex-husband has violated his restraining order approximately eight times since January.



July 20
Threats

- Wright Avenue, 2:31 p.m. A woman reported a Chico resident has been harassing her and sending threatening text messages and MySpace messages to her and her daughter.



July 21
Stolen vehicle

- Village Avante Apartment Homes, Del Monte Avenue, 8:02 a.m. A Dodge Dakota was stolen from the complex overnight.

Suspicious vehicle

- Del Monte Avenue, 8:04 a.m. A janitor at Crossroads Christian School reported there was a dark blue Kia locked with the engine running all night. The residents of the address the car is registered to told police the registered owner was a renter who moved six months ago.

Petty theft

- West Dunne Avenue, 9:27 a.m. A resident reported the caregiver stole the resident's wallet and admitted stealing it but does not want to return it.

- Executive Inn Suites, Condit Road, 1:57 p.m. A guest checked out of the motel in the morning, then returned and said he left something in the room and was given a key to go back in the room. While there, the guest apparently stole a DVD player, shower head and a blanket.

Burglary

- Dari Delite Drive-In, Monterey Road, 10:57 a.m. The business was broken into over the weekend, possibly through an open drive-thru window, and approximately $100-150 in change was stolen.

- Three 15-year-olds, a 16-year-old, June 21, 5:40 a.m. in Diana Park, for violating the city curfew.

- Lorenzo Gonzalez, 29, June 27, 12:17 a.m. on West Dunne Avenue, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

- Julio S. Beltran, 27, June 27, 12:21 a.m. on West Dunne Avenue, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

- Jesus Diaz, 19, June 27, 5:30 p.m. on Birch Way, for alleged possession of an open container in a vehicle.

- Daniel G. Perez, 30, June 28, 1:57 p.m. on Nob Hill Terrace, on an outstanding warrant.

- Miguel A. Garcia, 27, June 28, 6:31 p.m. on San Pedro Avenue, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

- John A. Gocke, 36, June 28, 8:11 p.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

- Kevin M. Regan, 18, June 29, 12:39 a.m. on Oak Hill Court, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

- A 17-year-old, June 29, 1:24 a.m. on Oak Hill Court, for violation of the city curfew.

- Jessica I. Barajas, 26, June 29, 7:46 p.m. on Condit road, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

- Samantha N. Sicard, 22, July 1, 1:19 a.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

- A 14-year-old, July 1, 1 p.m. on La Crosse Drive, for allegedly fighting in public.

- Brittany M. Baldwin, 20, July 2, 4:13 a.m. on East Dunne Avenue, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

- A 13-year-old, July 2, 9:46 a.m. on La Crosse Drive, for allegedly fighting in public.

- Timothy A. Robinson, 33, July 2, 9:12 p.m. on West Main Avenue, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

- A 17-year-old, July 2, 9:40 p.m. on Thomas Grade, for alleged possession of an open alcohol container or marijuana while driving.

- Jaron M. Gulla, 20, July 3, 9:35 p.m. at an unlisted location, for alleged possession of alcohol in public as a minor.

- Thomas d. Hasty, 24, July 2, 11:49 p.m. on West Second Street, on suspicion of being drunk in public.
