Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Deanne Stutzman will join the company's Gilroy office as a sales associate. In her new position, Stutzman will specialize in residential sales in Santa Clara County.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Stutzman worked at Old Republic Title Company for 15 years as a sales representative.
Stutzman earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from San Jose State University. She earned her real estate license in the late 1980s and briefly worked at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Morgan Hill office in 1988. She was recruited by Old Republic Title Company in 1991 where she enjoyed a professional career as a sales representative for the past 15 years.
Stutzman is an active member of the Morgan Hill Las Madres group since November 2007.
